Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage our payroll system. Your duties will include calculating wages, updating employee records, and implementing payroll policies. Strong attention to detail and compliance knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing cycle, from input of data to issuing checks.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
• Handle payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide guidance to employees regarding payroll policies.
• Support in the implementation of payroll system upgrades.
• Assist with year-end payroll processes, including tax submissions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Certification in Payroll Management preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in payroll or HR roles
