Inspection Supervisor

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inspection Supervisor to oversee the inspection processes within our organization. The Inspection Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all products and materials meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inspection processes.
• Act as a point of contact for inspection-related inquiries.
• Guide the development of training materials for inspection staff.
• Drive initiatives to improve quality assurance metrics across the department.
• Evaluate new inspection techniques and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with production teams to align quality objectives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Quality Management or similar is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in a supervisory role within quality assurance

Technical Skills

• ISO 9001 Standards
• Statistical Process Control

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification
• Certified Quality Engineer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with auditing and compliance: Proficiency in conducting audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Familiarity with SAP systems: Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software like SAP.
