The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. You will be responsible for enhancing guest satisfaction, managing staff, and ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant diplomas in hospitality preferred

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
