Responsibilities

  • Offer tech support for our software products and services.
  • Assist clients in navigating complex technical issues.
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver training sessions for clients on new features and updates.
  • Monitor support ticket queues and prioritize customer needs.
  • Help develop and implement support processes and protocols.
  • Engage in continuous learning about new products and technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Certification in Help Desk Management is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of providing technical support in a corporate environment
