As a Customer Support Representative, you will be integral in providing exceptional service to our clients in Port Elizabeth. Your role will involve resolving customer queries, assisting with product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues experienced by customers.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in Customer Service or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred

  • 3+ years in a customer support or service environment
