As a Last Model Maker, you will play a crucial role in creating, modifying, and repairing lasts for shoe manufacturing. Your expertise will ensure each last is precisely crafted to meet industry specifications, contributing to the overall comfort and fit of shoes.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the design team to translate shoe concepts into functional lasts.
• Adjust molds based on feedback from fitting sessions, ensuring continual improvement.
• Document and report on production metrics related to lasts to improve efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings to brainstorm improvements in the last-making processes.
• Implement safety and quality standards within the workspace.

Requirements

Education

• Equivalent qualification in a related field

Experience

• Experience in working with a variety of lasts and materials.

Technical Skills

• CNC Programming
• Using 3D printing technology
