Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Durban team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR principles and practices while supporting our organization’s HR initiatives. You will play a critical role in managing employee relations, recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and feedback sessions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support business goals.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through initiatives and events.
• Compile and analyze HR metrics to improve processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR or related field

Technical Skills

• HRIS Management

Certifications

• HR Management Certification (SHRM or similar)

Languages

• English: Fluent
