Job Description

Seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support our HR processes and contribute to our vibrant company culture. This role involves managing recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee relations while fostering an inclusive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Engage in performance appraisal processes and feedback discussions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR Certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR or related fields
