• Help manage and train new staff on cake decorations and techniques.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bakery.
• Assist in the development of new recipes.
• Participate in the planning and executing of events or promotions.
• Support the bakery team in completing large orders or special requests.

Requirements

Education

• Formal culinary training or apprenticeship

Experience

• Prior experience in a high-end pastry or bakery environment
