Job Description

We are looking for a Hospitality Manager to oversee hotel operations in Johannesburg. You will lead a dedicated team, implement exceptional guest experiences, and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall hotel operations while overseeing staff performance.
  • Enhance guest experiences by implementing service strategies.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote hotel events and services.
  • Ensure financial sustainability through budget management.
  • Recruit, train, and develop hotel staff for effective performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff.
  • Review and analyze guest feedback to improve services.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to keep the hotel competitive.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in hospitality management
