As the Hotel Manager, you will oversee all daily operations of our hotel in Port Elizabeth. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards in guest services, managing budgets, and leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in hotel management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all functions of the hotel on a day-to-day basis.
• Develop a positive work environment to retain staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Oversee financial reporting and budget monitoring.

• Collaborate with various departments to improve services.
• Organize and plan hotel events and promotions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in operational hotel management

• English: Fluent
