We are seeking a dedicated Supplier Relationship Manager to join our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery and cost efficiency. You will play a crucial role in negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement in supplier collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective communication with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the procurement of goods and services that meet the organization's requirements.
• Analyze supplier market trends and performance metrics.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and supplier performance expectations.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate supplier-related risks.
• Support the development of procurement strategies that are aligned with the organization’s goals.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in procurement or supplier relationship management

Languages

• English: Fluent
