Job Description

As a Financial Reporting Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial reporting team. This includes managing bookkeeping processes, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and preparing detailed reports for senior management. You will be the go-to expert in regulatory compliance, making sure we meet all financial regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial reporting team to produce accurate reports in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the bookkeeping processes adhere to relevant standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement streamlined reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct regular financial review meetings with department heads.
  • Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements for the group.
  • Monitor financial performance indicators and produce insightful analytics.
  • Ensure timely tax reporting and compliance with local tax laws.
  • Foster a strong compliance culture within the finance team.
  • Evaluate and implement financial software tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Master's degree or equivalent certification preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years in financial reporting or auditing roles
