Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of events from inception to completion.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly.
Prepare and manage detailed budgets for each event.
Research and recommend suitable venues and suppliers.
Develop creative concepts for events that align with client branding.
Monitor event progress and make necessary adjustments as needed.
Establish relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Train and supervise event staff to ensure high performance.
Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights for improvement.
Maintain records of each event budget and outcomes.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
Certification in Event Management is preferred

3+ years of experience in event planning
