Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Event Coordinator where you will take the lead in planning and executing a variety of events. Your role involves liaising with clients, managing budgets, and ensuring every detail is perfect for a successful event.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of events from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly.
  • Prepare and manage detailed budgets for each event.
  • Research and recommend suitable venues and suppliers.
  • Develop creative concepts for events that align with client branding.
  • Monitor event progress and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Establish relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Train and supervise event staff to ensure high performance.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights for improvement.
  • Maintain records of each event budget and outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
  • Certification in Event Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning
