Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop action plans to improve guest satisfaction scores.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust services accordingly.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service.
  • Oversee event planning for special occasions and conferences.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar qualification
Experience
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
