• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

• Leadership Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Customer Service Proven expertise in delivering excellent customer service.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Certification in Guest Relations: Preferred certification in guest relations or customer service excellence.
