Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to contribute to our projects in Durban. The role encompasses evaluating production systems, enhancing process flows, and collaborating with teams to implement best engineering practices that foster innovation and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing systems and workflow processes for efficiency.
• Coordinate with project managers on project timelines and deliverables.
• Research and recommend new technologies that improve production capabilities.
• Review and perform quality assurance checks to ensure compliance.
• Optimize inventory management processes to minimize waste.
• Develop KPI metrics to track progress and improvements over time.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field
