Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software to draft survey plans and documents.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and tender submissions.
• Conduct site inspections and assess project feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
• Document processes and methodologies for quality control purposes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior survey technicians.
• Stay informed on advancements in surveying technologies.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Surveying or a related technical qualification
• BTech or higher in Surveying is preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of professional experience in land surveying.

Technical Skills

• Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
• AutoCAD

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Effective communication

Certifications

• Registered Professional Surveyor (RPS) certification is a plus
• Health and Safety Certification is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Construction Surveying: Hands-on experience in construction site surveys and layout.
• Knowledge of Land Use and Zoning Regulations: Familiarity with laws governing land use and zoning for surveying activities.
