Job Description

Join our team as a GP Doctor, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-standard medical services. You will engage with patients, understand their healthcare needs, and provide appropriate treatment or referrals. Strong decision-making abilities and empathy are essential in this fulfilling position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a clinical caseload effectively.
  • Conduct follow-up consultations and ensure continuity of care.
  • Cultivate strong patient relationships through trust and empathy.
  • Adapt treatment plans according to patient progress.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present case studies and reports.
  • Mentor and supervise medical interns and trainees.
  • Help in the development of health policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Medical degree (MBChB) from a recognized institution
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or equivalent will be an asset
Experience
  • 5+ years post-qualification experience in a similar role
