Job Description

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Analyze patient medication regimens and recommend therapy adjustments where necessary.
• Lead medication therapy management sessions for patients.
• Provide immunization services as required.
• Ensure the pharmacy operates within budget and maintains profitability.
• Prepare reports on pharmaceutical services and patient outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or equivalent qualification
• Postgraduate qualification in Pharmacy is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a clinical setting

• Registered Pharmacist Certification

• English: Fluent
• Sotho: Conversational

• Fluency in additional local languages: Proficiency in speaking additional South African languages is a plus.
