Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Fundraising Coordinator to spearhead our fundraising projects. This role involves designing strategies to attract donations, managing interactions with donors, and leading fundraising events to bolster our community services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute fundraising campaigns across various platforms.
• Engage in donor stewardship and recognition.
• Host fundraising events, including galas, auctions, and community events.
• Monitor fundraising progress and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Work closely with board members and stakeholders to identify funding opportunities.
• Create compelling narratives to tell the organization's story and inspire giving.
• Implement donor database management and tracking.
• Train staff and volunteers on best fundraising practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Marketing, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in fundraising or development roles
