Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Geodetic Surveyor Technologist to carry out geodetic surveys and assist in the development of accurate geospatial data for our projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in both traditional and modern surveying techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute geodetic surveys in various environments, including urban and remote areas.
• Data validation and verification to ensure accuracy of geospatial products.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain clear records of survey methodologies.
• Conduct field checks and quality assurance inspections to maintain data integrity.
• Engage in continuing professional development and training sessions.
• Support environmental assessments through accurate land boundary determination.
• Develop and implement project schedules and timelines.
• Assist with tender documentation and project proposals.
• Provide technical support for the implementation of surveying projects.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Surveying, or a related field
• Professional registration is preferred.

Experience

• At least 3 years of practical experience in the field
