Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to manage our supply chain functions in Johannesburg. This role involves overseeing purchasing, inventory control, and logistics management, optimizing our supply chain performance to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement process, negotiating contracts with suppliers.
• Analyze logistics data to improve operational processes.
• Coordinate with production to align supply chain activities with demand.
• Oversee and optimize warehouse management and distribution processes.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and streamline supply chain processes.
• Provide training and support to supply chain staff.
• Collaborate with finance to manage budget and expenses.
• Facilitate communication across departments to enhance supply chain performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics
