Job Description

As a Structural Engineer in Johannesburg, you will lead projects from conception to completion. Your expertise will be essential in designing innovative structures that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing, all while adhering to the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design projects from conception through delivery.
• Perform calculations and simulations for structural integrity.
• Assess and recommend materials and systems for construction that meet project requirements.
• Participate in project meetings to communicate design issues and solutions.
• Work closely with code officials to ensure designs are compliant.
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends and advancements in engineering technology.

Requirements

Education

• BSc in Civil or Structural Engineering
• MSc is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in structural engineering roles

Languages
