  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Enhance employee engagement and retention through innovative programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Conduct training and development programs for staff.
  • Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support.
  • Analyse HR metrics to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Monitor workplace culture and implement initiatives to foster a positive atmosphere.
  • Assist with performance management and employee evaluation processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Master's degree in HR or Business Administration is a plus
