Job Description

We are seeking a passionate HR Generalist to join our Durban team. In this role, you'll manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of HR practices and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation.
  • Coordinate training sessions and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data for insights.
  • Implement employee wellness programs and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
