Job Description

As our HR Generalist, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, dealing with everything from recruitment to employee relations. We're looking for someone dynamic and passionate about people management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process, building positive relationships with candidates.
• Implement employee training and development programs.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace atmosphere.
• Ensure HR processes align with current regulatory requirements.
• Support performance evaluations and develop improvement plans.
• Maintain accurate employee data and reporting.
• Contribute to the development of the company's HR strategies.
• Facilitate new employee orientation and integration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, with emphasis on HR
• Advanced HR certification preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role
