Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Direct construction activities and monitor project progress.
• Manage site resources efficiently while controlling costs.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Facilitate training and development for project staff.
• Implement best practices for sustainability and environmental impact.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in construction management

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
