Land Leveler

Job Description

As a Land Leveler, you will operate and maintain specialized equipment for grading and leveling surfaces on various construction sites. You will play a critical role in preparing land for development and ensuring precise execution of project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage land leveling operations on multiple construction sites.
• Inspect equipment before use to ensure it is in safe operational condition.
• Coordinate with supervisors and site managers to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide training to new operators on equipment handling.
• Conduct surveys to determine appropriate grading and alignment requirements.
• Implement quality control measures to verify that work meets specifications.
• Engage in safety briefings and adhere to all site safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Matric/Grade 12 certificate
• Certification in Land Surveying or related field is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in land leveling or similar roles
