Job Description

We're looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service and be adept at resolving issues efficiently while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor for their success.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate customer success stories and testimonials.
  • Identify risks to customer retention and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve customer proficiency with our products.
  • Track customer milestones and celebrate their successes with the appropriate teams.
  • Provide insights to leadership on customer trends and feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree preferred in Business Administration or related field

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role
