Job Description

We are on the hunt for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our products, ensuring that our clients achieve their goals while maximising their experience. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of customer needs and be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn.
  • Identify success metrics and monitor customer progress towards goals.
  • Work closely with sales to transition new clients smoothly.
  • Serve as a mentor and guide for junior customer success team members.
  • Host customer webinars to provide training and showcase new features.
  • Respond swiftly to customer inquiries, escalating when necessary.
  • Analyze customer health scores to predict and mitigate churn risks.
  • Create personalized action plans for high-risk accounts.
  • Collaborate with data teams to derive insights from usage data.
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, a Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management
