Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist to join our compassionate team in Cape Town. In this role, you will conduct assessments, provide therapy, and develop treatment plans for individuals facing various psychological challenges. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and professional development activities.
  • Engage in community outreach and educational programs.
  • Assist in crisis intervention and management when required.
  • Advocate for patients’ needs in various settings.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate in Psychology (D.Psych/Psy.D.)
  • HPCSA Registration
