Job Description

Healthcare Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a Registered Nurse in Durban. This role involves direct patient care, education on health management and medication adherence, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and report changes in condition.
• Implement nursing interventions effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
• Keep accurate and complete patient records.
• Guide and support nursing assistants and students in their work.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Registered with SANC (South African Nursing Council)

Experience

• 2+ years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse

Technical Skills

• Patient Care
• Medication Administration

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
