Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in Durban. The successful candidate will take charge of our construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate site activities effectively.
• Ensure that quality control processes are instituted and followed.
• Monitor project milestones and deadlines for timely completion.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among multiple teams.
• Assess site conditions and adjust project plans as necessary.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to project progress and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role

Languages

• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
