Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to lead our customer engagement efforts in Durban. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, ensuring successful implementation of our products, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer service and a keen understanding of customer success strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Actively track and report on customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base.
  • Contribute to the development of customer success resources and materials.
  • Engage in continuous learning to keep up with industry trends and customer success methodologies.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer engagement and reduce churn.
  • Facilitate internal training sessions to share best practices across teams.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer engagement.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives aimed at promoting customer success stories.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
