Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Centurion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with the help they need in a timely and professional manner. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and ensuring satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure resolution of issues.
  • Provide training to new team members on customer service protocols.
  • Assist in developing customer support documentation.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and process changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service environment
