We are in search of a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing and enhancing our logistics operations. This includes managing shipments, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely deliveries to clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire flow of goods from supplier to customer, ensuring optimal efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with transportation companies and suppliers.
• Evaluate and compare freight options to minimise shipping costs.
• Conduct detailed logistics analysis to improve supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the transportation of goods.
• Provide regular reports on logistics performance and metrics to management.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination

Languages

Advantageous
