Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Logistics Manager to oversee our supply chain and logistics operations in Centurion. This role requires strong leadership skills and an analytical mindset to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations to ensure compliance with policies.
• Negotiate contracts with logistics providers to optimise costs.
• Oversee inventory management systems for accuracy.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes.
• Develop and manage budgets for logistics operations.
• Ensure accurate reporting of logistics data and metrics.
• Support the training and development of staff.
• Allocate resources and manage logistics planning.
• Work cross-functionally to support business objectives.
• Evaluate logistics performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics management
