Job Description

We are seeking a motivated HR Generalist to oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all aspects of the recruitment cycle from posting jobs to onboarding.
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Support performance management initiatives and provide performance feedback.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the organization.
  • Respond to employee grievances and provide support.
  • Oversee payroll processes and benefits administration.
  • Keep up to date with HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR generalist roles
