Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our vibrant team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will be involved in the design, planning, and execution of various civil engineering projects, focusing on sustainability and innovation in their approach.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise onsite construction activities and ensure quality control.
  • Develop project timelines and manage resources effectively.
  • Review project plans and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate logistics for materials and equipment procurement.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental and safety laws.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
  • Help mentor junior engineers and interns in best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
