Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist who will take charge of various responsibilities from recruitment to employee relations. This individual will play a key role in managing employee development programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Ideal candidates will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, and a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment drives, manage the onboarding of new hires and support their integration.
  • Assist in crafting and implementing HR policies aligned with company goals.
  • Provide support in the performance management process and career path planning.
  • Actively resolve HR-related queries and implement effective solutions.
  • Help drive employee engagement strategies and improve workplace morale.
  • Collect and assess employee feedback to enhance HR processes and practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR position
