Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions around diversity and inclusion across all departments.
• Develop partnerships with external organisations to promote diversity.
• Implement best practices for mentorship and sponsorship programs.
• Conduct research to stay informed about current diversity trends and legal requirements.
• Generate reports on diversity metrics and present findings to senior leadership.
• Champion employee-led diversity initiatives and committees.
• Monitor government regulations related to diversity and inclusion and ensure compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
• Relevant certifications in Diversity and Inclusion preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in related fields
