We are seeking a qualified Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of animal health issues, performing surgeries, and providing post-operative care. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate animal health and administer appropriate treatments.
  • Perform advanced surgical interventions and manage anesthesia.
  • Maintain communication with clients regarding their pets’ health status.
  • Contribute to the development of clinic policies and procedures.
  • Assist in community outreach and education efforts regarding animal health.
  • Engage in professional development and keep abreast of veterinary advancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc)
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Veterinary Medicine is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in a veterinary setting
