Looking for a skilled Veterinarian to make a difference in Rustenburg! You will be responsible for conducting examinations, performing surgery, and managing the overall health of various animals. Your role will involve preventative healthcare measures and creating lasting relationships with pet owners.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat animal health issues.
• Perform routine and emergency surgeries.
• Guide animal owners on post-operative care.
• Foster relationships with animal owners to promote trust.
• Prepare and present health reports to pet owners.
• Mentor junior staff and interns.
• Implement new veterinary practices and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in managing case loads efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science or related field
• Specialization in Animal Nutrition is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mixed animal practice

Certifications

• Registered Veterinarian
