Job Description

Join us as a Brand Manager where you'll lead brand positioning and marketing initiatives. This position will see you work closely with creative teams to develop campaigns that resonate with our target audience while ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead brand positioning efforts in the South African market.
  • Analyze consumer insights to inform brand strategy.
  • Develop creative concepts for branding campaigns.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Promote brand initiatives through social media channels.
  • Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Organize brand workshops and training for internal stakeholders.
  • Identify potential influencers for brand collaboration.
  • Monitor brand reputation and address any negative feedback promptly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
