Job Description

Join us as a Diversity and Inclusion Officer, where your expertise will be critical in developing and executing strategies that enhance workplace inclusivity. Your work will directly impact our efforts to cultivate a diverse and supportive culture within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive initiatives that promote an inclusive culture within the workplace.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure D&I objectives are met.
  • Lead projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement among diverse groups.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for recruiting diverse talent.
  • Analyze diversity metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Gather data on employee experiences and recommend targeted interventions.
  • Foster partnerships with external organizations to promote inclusivity.
  • Champion efforts to create a respectful and supportive work environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years in roles focused on diversity and inclusion or HR management

Advantageous

  • Proficiency in multiple languages: Ability to communicate in at least two South African languages.
