Job Description

We are in search of a proactive Human Resources Generalist to manage various HR functions critical to our operations. This role requires a passion for people and HR practices aimed at enhancing employee relations, compliance, and overall workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Facilitate performance management processes.
  • Advise on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate employee engagement surveys and initiatives.
  • Handle employee grievances and mediate conflict resolution.
  • Maintain knowledge of labour laws and best practices.
  • Oversee benefits administration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Advanced HR certifications preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience
