Stocker and Order Filler

Job Description

As a Stocker and Order Filler, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing orders for automotive parts. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate delivery, maintaining inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process daily orders received via phone, email, or fax.
• Retrieve and review part specifications from company databases.
• Ensure accuracy of order details, including pricing and shipping information.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and any issues.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Staff to ensure timely shipment of orders.
• Maintain accurate records of all orders and customer interactions.
• Assist with inventory control and stock management.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience with customer service and automotive parts preferred

Technical Skills

• Order Management Software
• Point of Sale Systems

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Time Management Skills
