Responsibilities

• Connect and install stoves and appliances following specified guidelines.
• Diagnose appliance issues and conduct timely repairs.
• Educate clients on appliance functionality and maintenance tips.
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas post-installation.
• Complete installation paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the installation team to enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest appliance technologies and models.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Trade qualification in a related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in home appliance repair or installation

Technical Skills

• Gas fitting knowledge
• Customer service

Languages

• English: Fluent
