Job Description

As a Sailing Master, you will oversee all sailing operations, manage crew members, and ensure the safety of all onboard. Your expertise in navigation and vessel maintenance will be crucial in delivering outstanding experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of sailing operations, including crew training and vessel maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage onboard safety drills.
• Develop sailing itineraries and oversee the execution.
• Cultivate a positive and professional working environment among crew members.
• Evaluate and improve onboard service standards.
• Maintain inventory and manage supplies for sailing operations.
• Conduct emergency response drills and safety briefings.
• Provide high-level customer service to all guests.
• Report directly to the Operations Manager with updates and issues.
• Assist with marketing and promotional events as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies or relevant field

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
