We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings and communicate updates to clients and team members.
• Ensure all engineering principles are properly applied in designs.
• Assist in environmental impact assessments.
• Prepare bid documents and evaluate vendor proposals.
• Assist in training junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management

Technical Skills

• Geotechnical Engineering
• Environmental Regulations

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
• Lean Construction Professional (LCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with SAP2000 or similar software: Experience with structural analysis software to evaluate designs.
